I had a shipping issue with my order and I wasn’t sure how long it would take to get sorted, but support got back to me the same day, actually looked into it, fixed the problem without making it a whole back-and-forth thing, and I ended up feeling really happy with how they handled everything.

Right away, I thought this Polaroid felt like a solid little camera. It doesn’t have that cheap plastic vibe at all, the buttons feel firm, the body has a nice weight to it, and it’s been tossed around in my bag plenty without any issues

The only frustrating part was the waiting between emails. I’d reply, then kind of forget about it for a bit, then finally hear back. I’ve been happy with my Polaroid camera so far. It’s simple to use, doesn’t give me any trouble, and the photos come out every time. Nothing fancy to say really, it just works like it should.

I had to return something I bought from Polaroid Originals, and overall the return itself wasn’t too complicated. The annoying part was just figuring out where the return info was in the first place, which took longer than it should have. that part felt kind of ridiculous for something that should be easy to find.
The refund did eventually show up, so it worked out in the end, but it definitely took longer than I expected. Support got back to me, just not especially quickly. I wouldn’t say it was a terrible experience, but it wasn’t exactly smooth either.

I’ve been enjoying the camera itself, and ordering from the site was straightforward. The only thing that’s been a little disappointing is the battery. It seems to run down quicker than I thought it would, even when I’m not using it much. It’s not awful or anything, but at this price, I guess I expected it to go a bit longer between charges.

This design really takes me back and reminds me of the good old days

The film arrived packed really safely, with no dents or mess at all. The box looked neat, and it felt like someone actually took care with the delivery.
